Sound baths
Gentle stretches to awaken the muscles, a body scan to release tension, followed by the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls to relax and restore mind and body.

With the sessions I have attended, they have greatly helped to improve my conditions that I suffer with such as Crohns, eczema and my mental health. It helps me relax even after a day or two of sessions and is also an opportunity to make new friends, gain a good self image of myself as everyone has different body types and conditions.
